You'll visit the local market with your Cesarina host, who will teach you all about how to CHOOSE the best ingredients with the season. Then, you'll return to their home, warm up with an Italian Aperitivo and enjoy the class. You'll learn how to make one iconic Pasta recipe, typical of the city you are visiting, and the famous Tiramisu.
After the class, you will enjoy everything you've prepared for lunch or dinner with local wines. This experience is the perfect choice if you want to encounter the real Italian regional gastronomy through genuine connections, food, and friendship.

Simplemente perfecto. Nos pasaron toda la información por mail el día anterior, muy claro. Comparé precios antes de reservar y esta era la opción más conveniente. Tuvimos buen tiempo en Italian para sacar fotos tranquilos. Aprovechamos aperitivo italiano: Prosecco y bocadillos más de lo que pensábamos.

Lo elegimos por las fotos y resultó incluso mejor en persona. Nunca hubiéramos llegado a Roma por nuestra cuenta. El recorrido está bien pensado, no se repite ni da vueltas de más. Se respetó al minuto el horario de regreso. Si volvemos a Roma, lo repetimos.

A solid way to see Roma. The share your passion for the Italian cuisine with other lovely guests was well thought out. Well signposted throughout, and staff were attentive. I would have preferred less transfer time and more time on site. A good option, especially on a first visit.

Lo elegimos por las fotos y resultó incluso mejor en persona. Si lo comparás con hacerlo por tu cuenta, conviene. Se agradece que venga con aprende a hacer 1 tipo de pasta icónico y el famoso Tiramisú. Cinco estrellas bien merecidas.
