The sole purposes of this Website are to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel agencies. This Website has no other purpose. The terms "we", "us", "our" and "PlanTrip" refer to PlanTrip.com, a limited liability company organized in the State of Florida, United States (PlanTrip.com LLC), with offices at 153 E Flagler St. Suite 995, Miami, FL 33131. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or booking through this Website, or through customer service agents.

- Transfer or share your PlanTrip.com account: login details are personal and you are responsible for all use made of your account.
Refunds and Cancellations
You agree that your credit card will be charged for the total price of the reservation.
You may cancel or change your reservation, but you will be charged the cancellation or change fee according to the rules and restrictions of the reservation.
If you do not cancel or change your reservation before the applicable cancellation policy period, you will be subject to the stated charge. In case of no-show, no refund is given. "Non-refundable" rates and restrictive policies apply as indicated on each product.

Payments and Fees
Payments made at the time of booking are processed through partner payment platforms, such as Stripe or Mercado Pago, or other partners of PlanTrip.com.
Your bank may treat the transaction as international, since PlanTrip.com may transfer the payment to an international travel service provider. Some banks charge additional fees for international transactions.

All content on this Website is the property of PlanTrip.com or its suppliers. Copying, distributing, modifying or using the content without prior authorization is not permitted.
Voucher control / Proof of identity
The user is responsible for entering accurate information at the time of purchase. Any false information is entirely the responsibility of the user and may result in the cancellation of the service.
Proof of purchase
Purchases made through this site are for end consumers, and the tickets serve as sufficient proof of such transactions.
