HOW TO USE THE TOKYO SUBWAY TICKET:

Please collect a physical ticket from ticket vending machines in Tokyo Metro/Toei Metro Subway stations.
If there is no ticket vending machine at your departure station, please ask the station staff and you will be guided to a station where there is a ticket vending machine to collect the physical ticket.

REQUIREMENTS:

When collecting an admission ticket/train pass, the QR code issued after the booking is required. Please bring a device that can display the QR code or show a printed voucher.
Please note you can't collect a ticket or enter an attraction if you can't show the voucher with a QR code.

Please note that the QR code to collect the Tokyo SkyTree Admission ticket and the QR code to collect the Tokyo Subway Ticket are separate.
Please present the voucher at each location accordingly.

In AFFAIR of bad weather or other emergencies, the facilities will be temporarily closed. Please check the website of each facility before visiting.

TICKET VALIDITY:

The Tokyo SkyTree Admission Ticket is only on the date and time specified at the time of the booking made.
The Tokyo Subway Ticket is 12 months from the purchase date:
After the physical ticket is collected, the validity period will be indicated on the ticket.
The valid time will be printed on the ticket when you start using it to pass a ticket gate.
If you enter the station and board the train within the valid time, you can still leave the station even if the valid time is passed.
If you do not start using the ticket within the validity period, the ticket will be invalid.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Once the booking is completed, we'll send you a voucher via email which will include a QR code and important information about the meeting location, time, and a local contact telephone number. The voucher will be sent within two business days after the booking has been received. Please ensure to provide the email address where the voucher will be sent and review the voucher carefully once received.
