Description
Spend the day exploring two iconic UK locations: Windsor Castle and Stonehenge. Enjoy transportation from London via coach. Led by a professional guide.
Extended Visit to Windsor Castle
As an iconic part of British culture, the beautiful Windsor Castle is one of the must-visit attractions in the UK. Steeped in history and overlooking the delightful town of Windsor, the Castle is well-documented as the King’s favourite royal residency. Explore the historic Castle in all its glory including the exuberant State Apartments where you’ll see artwork from some of the world’s most legendary artists, Rembrandt and Leonardo da Vinci, and discover St. George’s Chapel, the resting place of the notorious Tudor King Henry VIII and his third wife Jane Seymour. You will also get to see the exquisite Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House that defies belief - a miniature structure complete with functioning lifts, running water and electricity!
Please note: Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. A walking tour of Windsor operates on these days.
Extended Visit to Stonehenge
This world-famous, prehistoric monument is as much mysterious as it is inspiring with its meaning still questioned to this very day. Speculations suggest it could have been a way to worship the sun, a burial ground or even a healing centre for those ill of health but this is your chance to piece together the facts and come to your own conclusion on the mystery of Stonehenge for an extended visit! This legendary setting will be sure to live long on in your memory.
Estimated arrival time back in London is around 6:00pm

Could not have gone better. The round Trip Hotel Transfers is worth it on its own. The talk at Windsor Castle and Stonehenge really stayed with us. The one downside was the wait at the start, we left about twenty minutes late.

Amazing day
Highly recommended, no reservations. We had enough time at Rainha Mary to take photos without rushing. If we come back to Londres, we will do it again.
