We begin our journey from Córdoba along the iconic RN 9 Norte, heading for Colonia Caroya, a place with an Italian soul, famous for its exquisite artisanal salamis and its immigrant heritage. We visit the Jesuit Estancia Casa de Caroya, the former summer residence of the students of the historic Colegio de Monserrat.
Our next stop is Jesús María, home to the traditional Doma and Folklore Festival, where the imposing Jesuit Estancia San Isidro Labrador is located, the cradle of winemaking in the region.
History guides us to the Posta de Sinsacate, a key point on the roads of the past, and to the poignant Barranca Yaco, the site where the leader Facundo Quiroga was assassinated. We continue to the majestic Estancia de Santa Catalina, a colonial gem with one of the most beautiful Baroque churches in the country.
On the way back, we skirt the charming Sierras Chicas, passing through the picturesque towns of Ascochinga, La Granja, Villa Animi, Agua de Oro, Salsipuedes, and Río Ceballos, amidst mountain landscapes that invite you to dream. We conclude the experience by returning to Córdoba via RP E-53, our souls filled with history, culture, and nature.
Some hotels in the city are not included in our pickup itinerary. If this is the case, we will contact you to indicate the closest hotel to which you should go so that we can pick you up for the excursion. You must wait for your guide in the lobby of the indicated hotel.
