teamLab Forest Fukuoka, located on the 5th floor of BOSS EãƒZO FUKUOKA next to PayPay Dome, is a permanent interactive digital art museum created by the world-renowned art collective teamLab. This immersive space blends art, technology, and movement, inviting visitors to not just view the artwork but to step inside and become part of it.
The museum is divided into two main zones:
Catching and Collecting Forest
Using a dedicated smartphone app, guests can 'catch' virtual animals hidden throughout the space and add them to a personal digital collection book. Each season brings different creatures and natural motifs, making every visit unique.
Athletics Forest
This zone encourages movement and play, with installations such as bouncy orbs, shifting stepping stones, mirrored corridors, and soft terrain that reacts to your presence. Visitors can jump, balance, and explore while surrounded by vibrant, ever-changing visuals.
All exhibits are generated in real time, ensuring that no two experiences are ever the same. Seasonal changes—from cherry blossoms in spring to glowing autumn leaves—add to the sense of discovery
