Description
This isn't your typical cooking class or food tour; it's a juicy, flavorful immersion into Mexico's tropical bounty, led by a local fruit enthusiast.
If you choose the full experience, you'll begin with a guided walk through a traditional Mexico City market, where your host will hand-CHOOSE and open a variety of exotic fruits for you to taste—some familiar, others wildly unexpected. Prefer to skip the market? You can opt for just the tasting session in a relaxed setting.
As you taste, you'll learn about:
Nutritional benefits
Cultural roots and regional histories
Seasonal availability and local farming
Traditional uses in Mexican cuisine, drinks, and even remedies
From tangy soursop to creamy mamey, spicy tamarind to refreshing pitaya, this experience will awaken your taste buds and immerse you in the flavors of Yucatán and beyond.

We spent the evening talking about how good it had been. The show started right on time. We got a brilliant guide, full of facts and good humour. The venue in Taste has a beautiful setting. The tables are a little close together.

The kind of thing you still remember years later. I compared prices before booking and this was the best deal. Thank you for a great day out.

Volveríamos a contratarlo.
