Description
Meet your sommelier in central Rome and take a seat for a guided tasting focused on local flavors. Start with a short introduction to Italian wines, then move to a selection from Lazio. You will taste three wines: a white, a rosé, and a red, all made from native grapes that express the character of the region.
The experience continues with a tasting of extra virgin olive oil. Learn how to recognize quality, what to look for on a label, and how to pair oil with food. Simple dishes are served to match each tasting: fresh vegetables, cheese, cured meats, bread, and focaccia.
This is a relaxed session where you can ask questions, learn practical tips, and taste products that reflect everyday Italian food culture.
