If cancellation is made up to 48 hours prior the departure date, you will not have any charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 100% service charge. If the tour is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
Our vehicles will pick you up at your hotel to begin this coastal tour. Along the way, you will enjoy stunning views of the ocean as we head towards the first stop: the sea lion colony in Punta Loma, where you can observe these incredible animals up close in their natural habitat and take advantage of the facilities there.
Then, we will enter the charming Estancia San Guillermo, from where we will begin a short and easy walk to the top of Cerro Avanzado, one of the highest and most panoramic points in the region. If you prefer to walk to the Zonorancho (approximately 2 km), go ahead! But if you prefer, you can do it comfortably in our vehicles.
During the excursion, we will enjoy a delicious snack while admiring the spectacular landscape that combines the majestic Patagonian steppe with the crystalline waters of the Atlantic.
Cerro Avanzado, internationally known for its stunning cliffs and beaches, offers an incomparable view of the Valdés Peninsula and the Golfo Nuevo. This quiet corner, a few kilometers from Puerto Madryn, is perfect to disconnect, relax and enjoy nature at its best. It is ideal for families looking to spend the day by the sea or for those who want to immerse themselves in the serenity of this southern landscape.
The entrance fee to the Nature Reserve is not included. It is paid upon entry and costs approximately AR$15,000 per person.
Please note that there are some hotels in the city that are not included in our pickup routes. If your hotel is not included, we will contact you to inform you of the closest pick up location. We ask that you wait for the guide in the lobby of the hotel indicated. It is not possible to program the pick-up or drop-off from or to the port.
