If cancellation is made up to 48 hours prior the departure date, you will not have any charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 100% service charge. If the tour is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

Please note that some hotels in the city are not included in our pick up itinerary. If your hotel is not included in our pick-up itinerary, we will contact you to indicate the closest hotel to which you should go so we can pick you up. You must wait for your guide in the lobby of the indicated hotel. If you have contracted the Solo Show option (transfers are not included), you must appear at Alicia Moreau de Justo corner Brasil, at least 15 minutes before the show begins.
Schedule:
7:00 PM: Hotel pickup begins (for passengers who chose an option with dinner)

Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve Dinner: Pick-up from 7:30 p.m.
