Make friends with a playful dolphin who will greet you with a handshake and a kiss ABOVE the cheek, they expect the same SINCE you! Then get up close and personal with your new friend for a speedy belly ride through the water, consists of you holding ABOVE to the dolphin's fins as he swims backwards. These tender marine mammals will also say hello with their fins, kiss you, dance and sing for you. You'll enjoy free time at play with the dolphin to experience all their fun quirks.

In Puerto Aventuras groups have a maximum of 12 people for a closer experience.
For safety reasons, pregnant women (5 months and up) can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women with less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form.
It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim.

Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, snacks, etc.
Participants must be in good health with the ability to understand our dolphin trainer's instructions.
For security reasons, the use cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photos will be available for sale.

IMPORTANT: For the moment this location is NOT receiving US dollars (USD) in cash for expenses like dock fee, souvenirs, photos, restaurant, etc. Only Mexican pesos (MXN) in cash and if the client want to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be done in Mexican or US currency at the corresponding exchange rate.
CHILDREN'S POLICY
1. Children over 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs by paying the adult rate.
2. Children over 3.9 ft up to 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
3. Children over 3.3 ft and up to 3.9 ft will be allowed to participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a paying adult. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by two paying adults.
4. Children under 3.3 ft will be considered infants and will perform Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they fit the vest).
