Description
Get ready for a full-day adventure that combines ancient history, natural beauty, and unforgettable views â all with the bonus of an early start from Naples, so you can beat the crowds and make the most of your day. Your journey begins in Pompeii, the legendary Roman city frozen in time by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius. With priority access and a passionate local guide, youll explore this astonishing archaeological site during a 2.5-hour walking tour. Step through the original city gates and wander along the Via Marina toward the Forum, Pompeiis political and commercial hub, surrounded by grand temples, public buildings, and the impressive Basilica. As you stroll down the bustling Via dellAbbondanza, imagine daily life in this Roman metropolis. In the Theater District, picture ancient crowds enjoying comedies and concerts in the Large Theater. Youll also visit a well-preserved bath complex, a slice of Roman wellness culture still intact, and the intriguing Lupanare, the citys ancient brothel: adorned with vivid frescoes and compact stone rooms. Your guide will lead you to a Thermopolium â ancient street food shops â and a Pistrinum, or bakery, where youll see millstones, ovens, and counters once used to serve hot meals to locals on the go. Yes, the Romans were ahead of their time, even when it came to fast food! One of the tours highlights is the elegant House of the Faun, a luxurious Roman villa with stunning mosaics â including the iconic Alexander Mosaic. Finally, return to the Macellum, Pompeiis lively food market, once filled with the sounds, smells, and scenes of everyday trade. And for a truly unforgettable moment: witness the plaster casts of Pompeiis victims â men, women, and children frozen in their final moments. After a break for lunch, your adventure continues as you climb Mount Vesuvius. Your bus takes you up to 3,280 feet (1,000 meters), where youll begin a scenic 1-mile hike to the craters edge. The trail winds through volcanic rock and wild landscapes, ending with spectacular views of the Bay of Naples and the surrounding region.Whether you're a history buff, nature lover, or just looking for a truly memorable experience, this tour offers it all!

Worth far more than what it costs. No long waits at any point. At Napoles Pasadía we just stood there in silence, taking it in. Not the cheapest, but justified. Bring a light jacket, the weather turns quickly. Suitable for any age.

Casi perfecto

Best day of our stay in Napoles. The return time was kept to the minute. We had no idea about the history of Monte Vesúvio. My only complaint is that they did not warn us about all the stairs. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Salimos encantados. Comparé precios antes de reservar y esta era la opción más conveniente. Precio fijo cerrado de antemano, sin sorpresas al llegar. Si están por Napoles, no se lo pierdan.
