Head to our small cooking studio for your afternoon of hands-on learning. Meet with your instructor and a small group to begin your Brazilian culinary adventure. No experience is necessary, and you are sure to learn something new about Brazilian cuisine and culture, whether you are a beginner or an experienced chef.
Your group will MAKE several traditional Brazilian dishes, such as a delicious seafood stew called "moqueca bahiana", as well as several appetizers and the classic caipirinha cocktail. Listen as your instructor guides you through the process of making the dishes, taking notes if you wish. Most of the ingredients used in these dishes can be found all over the world, so you can reMAKE them at home. Once the meal is prepared, sit down with your instructor and your new friends to toast your efforts and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
