- You don't need to know how to swim to take part in the activity.
- The Brasil Raft Park, where the rafting trip starts and finishes, has a snack bar, changing rooms, hot showers and lockers. We recommend that passengers bring personal hygiene and bathing items.
- This activity requires a minimum of 4 participants to be confirmed for departure. If this number is not reached, we will contact you the day before to offer alternatives.
- The agency car will pick up and drop-off the passenger at the hotel or hostel where they are staying in Gramado. Passengers who are not staying in hotels or inns should go to the meeting points for the tours. The meeting points can be: Av. das Hortênsias, 1845.
- The tour must be purchased for the day it is to be used.
- This activity is prohibited for pregnant women.
- Alcoholic drinks are not allowed before and/or during the activity.
- Activity subject to date changes, depending on the agency's internal schedule.
- Tours may be altered or canceled due to weather conditions or force majeure factors preventing the activity.
- Proof of age is required at the time of boarding.
