Very well organised
Could not have gone better. The venue in Big Bus has a beautiful setting. The food was delicious and the portions generous. The guide told us stories you will not find in any guidebook. We would book again.

Worth far more than what it costs. Of the whole route, Chicago is what I remember most. The return time was kept to the minute. We paid noticeably less than other options and the experience was just as good.

Positive overall
All went well, bar one detail I mention below. Getting through Magnificent Mile was quick and direct. Great value for money. I would have liked a little longer at the last stop. There is room to improve, but no regrets.

Estuvo bueno, con altibajos. Buen manejo del grupo por parte del guía. Volvimos a Big Bus Chicago al día siguiente por nuestra cuenta. Comparé precios antes de reservar y esta era la opción más conveniente. Faltó un baño disponible en una parte del recorrido. Con esos detalles arreglados sería un 10.

If youâre touring with Big Bus for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you CHOOSE at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to CHOOSE a time of travel, to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to book additional dates & times for all elements of your ticket after your purchase is complete. Accessibility Big Bus operates wheelchair accessible vehicles that can accommodate a weight up to 650 pounds. Please be advised that the upper deck on our entire fleet is not wheelchair accessible.
