You will be welcome to a free air space or a cozy patio in San José, where the coals are shining, the music is sweet and the aroma of wood, lemon and meat roasted on a slow fire is filling the air.
Start with a welcome drink, meet your hosts and other guests, and bring your hands to the work with the preparation and the grill.
