Please, email us at chile@grayline.com or call (56 2) 2244 4141 at least 24 hours prior to the departure date of the tour to reconfirm date of travel, hotel, pickup time, and location for your tour. You can either print your voucher or show the e-voucher at the time of check-in. Our guide will be waiting for you holding a placard with your name.

In regard of your arriving flight, we will be picking you up at the Santiago International Airport, our driver will be waiting for you at the Exit Gate N°4 at the airport, in front of the restaurant La Pica. He will be with a sign with your name on it. Remember to look for our driver specially recognized by it's CHIRAK/GRAY LINE uniform and signs.

IMPORTANT: Please don't accept extra transfers at the airport from anybody. Our driver will have a sign with your name on it and a t-shirt with GRAYLINE and CHIRAK on it. We will not ask you to take another taxi and pay you later the difference.
