To get there, you'll need to cross the Bay of All Saints towards Itaparica, take a vehicle to a speedboat boarding point in Valencia, and NEXT you'll arrive in Morro de São Paulo. (Separate costs: crossings and transportation are separate and payable before boarding: R$ 200, plus a R$ 20 boarding fee from the maritime boarding company, and a R$ 70 environmental fee for Morro de São Paulo).
