We bring authentic Basque culinary culture to the heart of Buenos Aires’ San Telmo neighborhood—just steps from Plaza Dorrego—featuring wonderful ingredients and the expertise of traditional Basque grill masters. Highlights include prime cuts of red meat (such as the *txuletón*), fresh fish, organic garden vegetables, and a carefully curated selection of Argentine wines.
