If cancellation is made up to 48 hours prior the departure date, you will not have any charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 100% service charge. If the tour is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

Arrival Transfer: Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a card that has your name on it. If your flight does not land on time, the driver will wait for you until your arrival. Then he will transfer you to your hotel.
Departure Transfer: The driver will come and pick you up at your hotel in order to be at the airport 1 hour 30 minutes before time of departure. Please contact us 72 hours before departure in order to set up your pick-up time.
