Your new adventure begins with the once in a lifetime experience Dolphin Swim Adventure program, wherever you'll interact with our adorable and cute dolphins in the Caribbean Sea waters (not pool or an aquarium), their natural habitat.
Make friends with a couple of playful dolphins who will greet you with a salutation and a kiss on the cheek, expecting the same from you! Get up close and personal with your new friends for a speedy belly water ride. After a 15 minute training and briefing session, you'll enjoy 50 minutes of engagement with the dolphins to play and experience and their fun quirks. Watch them display you some aerial acrobatics, let the dolphins push across the water surface while you ride a boogie board and get the best ride you ever had with our famous belly ride activity.
After finishing your swimming with dolphins program you can enjoy and relax all the day at our pools, have lunch and fresh beverages at our restaurants or if you're feeling more adventurous you can go and explore this beautiful island!
Please note that the tour does not include pick up at the hotel and starts from a meeting point.
In Isla Mujeres, groups have a maximum of 12 people for a closer experience.
It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim.
Remember we have 2 free ferry services at 9:00 am and 11:00 am, it is important arrive 30 minutes before of each departure. Please note that the arrival point for your return will be Playa Langosta.
The use of life jacket is required in all water programs.
For safety reasons pregnant women (5 months and up) can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women with less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form.
Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
For security reasons, the use cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photos will be available for sale.
Bring towels and cash (for the moment we are not receiving dollars, just mexican pesos) for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.

IMPORTANT: For the moment this location is NOT receiving US dollars (USD) in cash for expenses like dock fee, souvenirs, photos, restaurant, etc. Only Mexican pesos (MXN) in cash and if the client want to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be done in Mexican or US currency at the corresponding exchange rate.
CHILDREN'S POLICY
1. Children over 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs by paying the adult rate.
2. Children over 3.9 ft up to 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
3. Children over 3.3 ft and up to 3.9 ft will be allowed to participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a paying adult. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by two paying adults.
4. Children under 3.3 ft will be considered infants and will perform Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they fit the vest).
