Francesca, one of our local guides, says, âYoull gain a deeper understanding of the collection and how relates to the Medici family as well as to Renaissance Italy and the wider world.
Your guide will focus on the museums masterpieces, including works by Leonardo da Vinci, Giotto, Raphael, Michelangelo, Caravaggio, Botticelli and Titian. Francesca says, âBotticellis The Birth of Venus is believed by many experts to have been inspired by the legend of the Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love, rather than Venus, the Roman goddess of love.

Good, with caveats
Recommended, as long as you know what to expect. No long waits at any point. Galeria Uffizi ended up in all our photos. Great value for money. Frequency between buses could be better at the later stops. A good option, especially on a first visit.

Amamos
Escolhemos pelas fotos e foi ainda melhor pessoalmente. Tudo bem sinalizado e a equipe atenta. Ficamos sem palavras em Galería de los Uffizi. O preço é honesto pelo que se recebe.

Delivers and more
So glad we booked this. Very tight on timings. Having round Trip Hotel Transfers makes all the difference. The stop at Galería Uffizi was our favourite.

Faultless
So glad we booked this. We really enjoyed the Renascimento part. Compared with doing it yourself, it works out well. We changed the date two days ahead with no fuss. Drinks took a while to arrive at the start. An experience worth every minute.

Almost perfect
Very good overall. We went back to Renascimento on our own the next day. No long waits at any point. The guide spoke very fast and it was easy to lose the thread. Not the cheapest, but justified. The departure point needs better signage, we struggled to find it. Sort those details and it is a ten.
