The ticket is valid only for the selected date and time.

Tour duration: approximately 5 hours

The ticket includes one-day park admission and unlimited Express Access (per day) to every ride, attraction, and seated show. Express Access consists of a separate line with a shorter wait time at every ride, attraction, and seated show. (Not applicable to dining establishments and shops, nor to standing-room-only shows).

Complimentary valet parking service. Not valid for self-parking.

Exclusive VIP gourmet dining (alcoholic beverages not included).
Requests to change your reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

The ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
You must check in at the VIP Reception 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour departure time.

Children must be at least 5 years of age to attend the VIP Experience, and at least 17 years of age to attend without adult supervision.

This ticket may not be altered, copied, transferred, or resold. The ticket is valid only for the person whose name appears on it, or when that person attends accompanied by the person whose name appears on the ticket.

This ticket cannot be combined with other offers, separately ticketed events, discounts, Halloween Horror Nights, or tours.

Please be aware that the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) warns that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Guests should evaluate their own risk when deciding whether to attend. People who do not show symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected; Any interaction with the general public carries an elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.

By accepting admission, you assume all inherent risks and agree to release Universal and its affiliates from all liability for illness (including communicable/infectious diseases), loss, injury, or damage related to your purchase or visit.

Universal reserves the right to revoke the license granted by this ticket.

The park, rides/shows/attractions, entertainment, experience details, and/or access to events may be restricted or unavailable due to capacity limitations, closures, or other factors; likewise, benefits and restrictions are subject to change without prior notice.
