The Spirit of the Glaciers is a two-day, one-night experience. The adventure begins at Puerto La Soledad, Bahía Tranquila (Paraje Punta Bandera), 45 kilometers from El Calafate, embarking on the exclusive Santa Cruz Cruise.
Day 1: Departure from Puerto La Soledad. Start of the voyage towards the North Arm of Lake Argentino. Welcome reception on board.
Upsala Channel: Sailing through the channel with panoramic views.
Spegazzini Glacier & Lunch: Visit and stop in front of the imposing Spegazzini Glacier. Lunch will be served on board, offering an unparalleled gastronomic experience.
Las Vacas Bay - Disembarkation and Exploration: Disembarkation for a hike. The tour includes a visit to the historic Las Vacas Post and ends at the Spegazzini Lookout, with breathtaking views of the Spegazzini, Peineta, and Mayo Glaciers.
Toro Bay: Sailing towards Toro Bay. Departure and arrival for the night.
Dinner: A gourmet multi-course dinner will be served on board.
The bar closes at midnight, and the day's activities conclude.
Day 2:
Breakfast: Start your day with a full breakfast on board, surrounded by the stunning scenery of Toro Bay.
Toro Bay - Disembarkation and Hike: Disembark for an interpretive hike along the bay's shoreline and through the Patagonian forest, leading to a beautiful waterfall.
Sailing to Perito Moreno Glacier: Embark and sail towards the Perito Moreno Glacier.
Puerto Moreno - Disembarkation and Walkways: Disembark at Puerto Moreno to explore the extensive walkway system of the National Park. Free time to walk along the different trails and observe the glacier from multiple perspectives.
Lunch: Return to the cruise ship and enjoy lunch overlooking the imposing north face of the Perito Moreno Glacier.
Return Sailing: Return on board for the final voyage back to port.
4:00 PM: Arrival and disembarkation at Puerto La Soledad. End of services.
Entrance to Los Glaciares National Park is not included. Its approximate value is $45,000 and is paid upon entry. They do not accept Mastercard cards, you can pay in cash or Visa card in Argentine pesos when you arrive at the Park.
Please note that there are some hotels in the city that are not included in our pickup routes. If your hotel is not included, we will contact you to inform you of the closest pick up location. We ask that you wait for the guide in the lobby of the hotel indicated.
The Experience is not suitable for children under 5 years old, nor for people with reduced mobility, as there are stairs to access the ship's decks.
The bar operates à la carte and is open outside of meal times and until midnight.
All cabins are double, with an exterior view and a private bathroom. It is not possible to add a third bed. The difference between cabin categories lies in the size and location of the cabin.
Deluxe cabins are available with either a double bed or two twin beds. If you prefer twin beds, please inform us in advance.
Premium cabins are exclusively equipped with a double bed.
Suggested Attire: Comfortable clothing, a jacket, and athletic shoes.
